fantastic Stay!
renovated room excellent breakfast friendly staff
i noticed refurbishment work was underway, but i received a renovated room. the lift was operational. the room had excellent standards. it felt so comfortable. the staff welcomed our dogs. they allowed us to eat in the bar area. they gave our dogs treats. this. the location impressed me. breakfast was really good. the staff proved friendly and helpful.

prime location modern feel warm atmosphere
the hotel's location is special. i found the room recently renovated, offering a modern feel. the staff were lovely and eager to help.
The lift wasn't working. This was a slight inconvenience.

The bedroom provided beautiful views from the third floor window. Fluffy white towels were available in the bathroom. Brand new white cotton bedding was also supplied for the bed.

the location was acceptable it overlooked the abbey and 199 steps.
the room was too cold it had a very thin duvet i found the tv remote control confusing to operate it had too many channels needing a password i thought the extra channels were a waste of money.

fantastic sea view single room!
clean room excellent facilities great view
i stayed in a lovely single room on the 3rd floor, room 311. this room featured a beautiful sea view. it also had views of the pier, abbey, and beach. the room was very clean and offered excellent facilities including a great en-suite bathroom.
the hotel is currently undergoing a makeover. work is in progress. this meant there were some areas still needing refurbishment.

We received a corner room . It provided us with dual views. One view looked toward the sea. The other view faced the abbey. I easily found parking on site each day.
